Our community is located in northwest Houston, Texas 77014, located off Walters Road and Sablechase Drive.
It includes the following eleven streets:

Our community legal name is "Sablechase Section 4, Phase 1" and "Sablechase Section 4, Phase 2".
The first six homes were built in 1984 on Monza Drive.
No homes were built for the following 10 years.
The next homes began construction on Monza Drive and Paxton Drive in 1994.
